Unless you're over a century-and-a-half old (and if so, kudos!), we believe you've never tasted chicken like ours. We cut no corners whatsoever to bring you heirloom chickens raised in a unique, conscientious manner that truly does justice to claims such as 'pastured,' 'organic' and 'humane'. The results are simply scrumptious, deliriously delicious, supremely sapid! In fact, they taste so different compared with much of what's out there, one national food journalist claimed they shouldn't even be called chicken!

We are unapologetically obsessive about how we raise our birds: From the way they breed to what they eat to where they roam and roost, they live a good, natural life (minus a few predators).
